These TickPick Referral Rules (“Program Rules”) govern your participation inTickPick's Referral (“Program”). These Program Rules are a part ofTickPick's other policies, including but not limited toTickPick's User Agreement and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”). “We,” “us,” and “our” shall refer to TickPick. “You,” “your,” and “User” shall refer to the individual that participates in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following Program Rules.
Every Referrer (as further defined below) will receive a referral link unique to that Referrer (“Referral Link”), which can be shared with their personal connections (as further described below, each a “Referred Customer”), from a referral page or that can be copied and sent via the communication means of their choice (e.g., email or SMS). Each Referrer will see a referral page when they log into their account from which they can share the Referral Link. Referred Customer will receive TickPick site credit (“Referred Customer Reward”) to use toward their next purchase. When the Referred Customer uses the Referral Link and makes their first purchase and it is a Qualified Purchase (as defined below), the Referrer receives TickPick site credit in their account that can be applied to a future purchase with TickPick (“Referrer Reward”), subject to additional terms. The anticipated amount of a Referrer Reward and Referred Customer Reward will be provided at the time the Referral Link is provided to Referrer, however the amount of the Referrer Reward will be set at the time of the award to Referrer or Referred Customer, as applicable (which may be increased or decreased from the amount previously communicated). All information collected through the Program shall be governed by TickPick's Privacy Policy.
To be eligible to be a Referrer, a User must (a) have an active account in good standing; (b) be at least the age of majority of the territory in which they resides; (c) be a legal resident of the territory in which they resides; and (d) have a TickPick account that has made at least one purchase on TickPick. In order for a Referrer to receive a Referrer Reward, the Referred Customer must use the Referrer’s Referral Link to sign up and then make a Qualified Purchase. In order for a Referred Customer to redeem a Referred Customer Reward, the Referred Customer must make a Qualified Purchase. Neither a Referrer Reward nor Referred Customer Reward (each, a “Reward”) may be combined with any other coupon codes. Only one Referred Customer Reward can be earned by a Referred Customer under the Program. If more than one Referrer sends a Referral Link to the same Referred Customer, the Referrer whose Referral Link is used by the Referred Customer to sign up for a TickPick account and makes a Qualifying Purchase shall receive the Reward. TickPick will, in our sole discretion, make the final determination of whether a User qualifies for a Reward.
