The Brewers have been a steady franchise for a number of years now, but short of falling just shy of winning the NL Pennant three years ago haven't gotten close enough to winning it all. They have a talented roster that should be able to compete for an NL Central title this season, with superstar outfielder Christian Yelich and a trio of very good starting pitchers in Brandon Woodruff, Corbin Burnes, and Freddy Peralta leading the way. We think this team has the talent to have Brewers fans cheers-ing one another all throughout October if things break right.

The Brewers' skipper is former Major League infielder and Milwaukee native, Craig Counsell. He's entering his fifth full season as the team's manager and has led them to the playoffs in each of the last three seasons, including falling painfully shy of the World Series in 2018, when the Brewers lost to the Dodgers in the NLCS in seven games. Counsell is a very respected baseball mind who should have his team poised to make noise deep into October for years to come.
