The team fell just shy of another Fall Classic appearance in 2020, but returns the majority of its core that has so much success over the past four seasons, which has the team poised for another very successful year. If stars like Alex Bregman, Carlos Correa, and slugger Yordan Álvarez can continue to anchor the lineup, this team should continue to be in the thick of contention to win the AL West Division and beyond. We like the Astros to return to the playoffs and make some noise come October.

Baker enters 2021 as his second season at the helm in Houston and while he's yet to win a World Series as manager, he's taken plenty of teams to the postseason and is known as a steadying presence for the organizations he's been a part of.
