Premium Seating

The bests in the house at Comerica Park for a Detroit Tigers game are the On-Deck seats (rows 1-12), located in front of sections 120-135. Although these seats are not padded, they offer in seat service (you still need to pay for food) and access to the Tiger Club and Den Lounge. You can view the game from select seats in the Tiger Club, but you cannot view the field from the Den Lounge (only on TVs). The Tiger Den Seats, located in rows A-H in sections 120-135, are larger padded seats, and provide access to the club and lounge. The Club Seats are located behind the Tiger Den Seats, and offer no access to club (ironically), but the seats are padded.

Best Seats

The Best Seats for a Detroit Tigers game are in the On-Deck seats and around the infield in sections 120-135. The Tiger Den seats would come after those, but if can't score seats in these sections, the field level sections are a great option along the first and third baselines. And if you looking to sit with the more rowdy Tiger fans, the bleachers are always a great option.

Seat Numbers

Comerica Park follows the standard venue seat number logic, in that seat number 1 will always be closest to the lower number section adjacent to it. For example, seat number 1 in section 120 will be closest to the highest seat number in section 119, and the highest seat number in section 120 will be adjacent to seat number 1 in section 121.

Dugouts and Bullpens

The Detroit Tigers Dugout is located in front of sections 131-135, and the visitors dugout is located in front of sections 120-124. The Detroit Tigers bullpen, as well as the visiting teams bullpen are located in left field in front of sections 143-151.

Kids Days

Every Sunday Detroit Tigers game is Kids Day at Comerica Park. Kids 14-and-under will have the opportunity to score a free promotional item, enjoy free rides on the Comerica Park Carousel and Fly Ball Ferris Wheel, free face painting, and postgame they can even run the bases!

Seating in Shade

If you are looking for seats in the shade at Comerica Park, you want to sit on the field level on the first base side. The side of the park stays in the shade throughout most of the day. If you want to be completely covered from the elements (rain), grab seats in the Tiger Den in row D or higher.

Field Dimensions

The Field dimensions for Comerica Park are as follows (all measurements from home plate): 345ft to Left-Field, 370ft to Left-Center, 420ft to Center, 365ft to Right-Center, and 330ft to Right-Field.

Upper Deck Seating

Detroit Tiger Fans will tell you that the upper deck seats at Comerica Park are farther away from the action than you've probably experienced before. If your budget permits, we suggest sticking to seats in the field level or bleacher seats. The one upside to the upper deck seats is that you get a nice view of the city, but the game not so much.

Overview

Comerica Park is located in downtown Detroit at 2100 Woodward Avenue, and is the home of the Detroit Tigers. It replaced the old Tiger Stadium for the 2000 MLB season, and is one of the most pitcher friendly ballparks in baseball, a direct contrast to the old Tiger Stadium. Comerica Park has a capacity of 41,681 for Tigers games, which includes 3,039 club seats and 102 luxury suites.

Autographs

Guests are permitted to seek autographs along the railings near the playing field until 45 minutes prior to the start of the game or when the batting cages are removed. The best sections to try and get autographs are near the dugouts (the On Deck Sections).
