Boston Opera House Seating Chart Seat Numbers

Regardless which section you sit in the higher the seat number the further you are from the center of the stage. The center orchestra section goes from seat 101 to 114. Left Orchestra, (the left side from the audience perspective) starts with seat 1 and goes to 27. Seat numbers are assigned by even and odd numbers when on the sides sections, so seat 1 and 3 are next to each other. Right Orchestra starts with seat 2 and goes to 28. Any of the main three orchestra sections will provide you with a great view. You do want to be cautious in sitting in the very far outside sections.

Boston Opera House Seating Chart - Balcony and Mezzanine Seats

If you are going to spend the money to go see a show at the Boston Opera House please don't bother wasting your money on seats in the Balcony section. If you are sitting in the Balcony the people's heads in front of you will block most of the show. Spend a little more money and make sure to sit in the Mezzanine sections. Note it's even better to sacrifice sitting more towards the sides verses being further back in the balcony section.

Boston Opera House Seating - Seat Suggestions

When trying to decide which tickets you want to buy you need to think about what the experience will be like from those seats, so if you are thinking you want to sit close to the stage, we would not recommend that. The orchestra rows goes like this: row AAA then BBB, CCC, then AA, BB, CC and then A. For great views of the stage we do not recommend sitting in front of row A since this is too close.
